ICC makes changes in cricketš rules from 1st October 2022 in all format of cricket.
- New batsman while anyone catch out- when batsman is caught out., then new batsman will come at the strikers end.
- Ban of saliva in ball- In the covid 19 this rule to avoid transmission of the virus in the field. This rule was was temporary prohibition for last two years but t from 1st October 2022 this is permanent ban from cricketš.
- Running out of the non-striker- The playing conditions follows the laws in moving this method of effecting a run out from non-fair condition to run out section.
- Bad movement by the fielding side- Any unfair and bad movement when the bowler is running in to bowl, now could result in the umpire give 5penalty runs to the batting side, otherwiseall dead ball.
- Bowler throwing towards striker's end before delivery- A bowler who saw the batter down the wicket before entering their bowl, could throw a ball to attempt to run out the striker end. This run out now be called dead ball.
